To unlock the following, complete the following tasks:

Bitter Mode --- Beat the game on Mild

BJ5 Video --- Beat BJ5 game, then select from TV menu

Deathmatch (Boss Rush) --- Beat the game, then select from main menu

E3 Trailer --- Beat the game, then select from TV menu

No Jacket --- Complete all the "Revenge" missions.

New Game+

Beat the game and save your data. When you start No More Heroes 2 again you will be brought to the intro fight where you have all your old equipment and items from the previous game.

Memory Of Demon ability

Get Jeanethe cat's weight to less than 11 pounds by playing mini-games to unlock the Memory Of Demon ability from the original No More Heroes. To execute the move, shake the Nunchuk to do a damaging slash attack. Note: This uses more beam katana energy than normal.

Mask Decor

If you have a save from No More Heroes (1), the masks you won in the first game are displayed on the wall of your apartment.

Step-In Slice Ability

If you cat falls to under 11 pounds you will gainthe Step-In Slice ability.

BJ5 Extra Mode

Beat Hard Mode without losing one life to unlock extra mode, a difficulty one step higher than hard mode.

Save Yourself from Death

When you run out of health, you can keep Travis from dying by shaking the Wii remote and nunchuck repeatedly as he begins to fall over. If you do it correctly, Travis will not die, and comes back with a small amount of health. This can be done up to five times before Travis finally dies. Note that this will not work if you run out of health while already laying on the ground.

Control loading screen

Tap B repeatedly during the loading screen to make the star surrounding Travis' head to spin faster. The faster you tap, the faster it spins.

Last Ditch Effort

Right before Travis bites the big one, shake both the Wii-mote & the nunchuck to get him back on his feet for one for one more round.

Money Farming

In Job 7, Getting Trashed, on stages 3 & 4, collect all trash and return it to the ship except for one piece. Carefully leave the last piece just outside the shuttle bay doors and then commit suicide by running out of air or crashing into the planet. When you come back you should be able to pull in the last piece in less than 5 seconds getting a sweet time bonus. You should get 20,000 plus for stage 3 and about 100,000 for stage 4. This is a waste of time for stages 1 & 2 (not enough reward), unless you manage to get the perfect bonus instead for them.

No More Heroes Masks

If you have a save file from the first game any of the masks you got will be displayed on the walls of your room.
