press + on Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva, and
Decade in that order and you will hear a phone ring then a confirmation sound.
Now pick Kamen Rider Decade and scroll down his list of moves and change his
A+B move to his Finishing Move.
