You have to finish Heroes Story Mode with any character to unlock their alternate outfit.

Oda Nobunaga

Play Oichi's story twice. During the second playthrough, kill Tenkai at the penultimate stage. You will face Nobunaga Oda. Defeat him, then start a new game with a character that has already completed at least one story route. Coose the right routes, until a grey route opens. Follow the grey path to play as Oda Nobunaga.

Otani Yoshitsugu

Complete Heroes Story mode (Sengoku Drama Emaki) as Ishida Mitsunari.

Golden or Final weapons

Complete Heroes' mode with any character three times to obtain their Golden or Final weapons.

Extreme difficulty (JP)

Finish the game under the Hard difficulty setting.
