Complete the indicated floor, then obtain the required card to unlock the lock panel.

Bomber --- Open the lock panel on Bifrost Floor 6 and defeat him in a duel.

Bruno Borreli --- Complete Niflheimr Floor 4.

Dark Signer Carly --- Open the lock panel on Yggdrasil Entrance and defeat her in a duel.

Dark Signer Demark --- Open the lock panel on Bifrost Floor 4 and defeat him in a duel

Dark Signer Kiryu --- Open the lock panel on Bifrost Floor 7 and defeat him in a duel.

Dark Signer Misty --- Open the lock panel on Bifrost Floor 7 and defeat her in a duel.

Dark Signer Rudgar --- Open the lock panel on Yggdrasil Floor 2 and defeat him in a duel.

Sherry Leblanc --- Complete Niflheimr Floor 2.

Free Duel Unlockable Opponents

The following opponents, along with their Deck recipes, are unlocked by clearing two floors of Niflheimr each. Unlike any other opponent (including Dark Signers), you don't have to purchase their Deck recipes in the Shop before the corresponding opponent is unlocked or available to Duel against.

Re-buy card packs

Save your game before you go to the shop to buy cards. after buying them, press back to go to the screen to view them. If not satisfied, hit the home button and go back to the wii home. Start the game up and it will start you where you last saved before you bought the cards. Even if you buy the same packs, it will be random every time. You can do this as much as you like.
